After meeting Nicky and being impressed by her enthusiasm and knowledge of the Hudson Valley area we started looking at homes. The first two houses we went to (my choices) Nicky pointed out problems I didn’t even notice. One being a problem with the foundation in which she said “ you don’t want to get involved with that” And that’s when I was sold. Not on the house, but on Nicky.
